Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location:Rye
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 (Dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full time/permanent - Hybrid working (2 days in the office)

We are supporting a wonderful company in their search for a Marketing Manager, they have an amazing company culture and there is a real work family feel to the team. This is a great opportunity to join a business where you can really make an impact!

Duties include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing plans to target new business

  • Supporting sales activities by promoting our expertise and brand

  • Producing and publishing tailored content in various formats across the website and social media

  • Keeping a close eye on responses and tracking each campaign

  • Being the "go to " person for external copywriters, printers & graphic designers

The person:

  • At least 3 years' experience working preferably from B2B background

  • Proven experience in developing and executing matrix driven marketing campaigns

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM

  • Expertise with using SEO to write creative copy

  • Ability to produce engaging on brand content (written, audio, video) with support when required

  • Solid understanding of social media best practices scheduling tools

  • Understanding of sustainability practices would be a bonus
