• Manage budgets and allocate resources among projects.

• Collaborate with other managers to ensure the company’s objectives are achieved.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the construction industry.

• Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.

• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).

• Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g., WebTrends).

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Creativity and commercial awareness.

• A team player with a customer-oriented approach.

• BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
