The Company
We're teaming up with a major player in the UK food & drink space, dedicated to creating food and drink that celebrates natural goodness. They boast a portfolio filled with iconic brands that people love to enjoy every day.
The Role
As a Marketing Manager you will drive market share, brand penetration, and growth in both retail and food service markets. With control over marketing budget you will lead a team of agencies to develop and execute comprehensive media plans.
The role also involves delivering a robust innovation roadmap and managing a Brand Manager, fostering the next generation of marketing leaders. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will guide operations, product development, sales, and customer relations, while also engaging with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a 3-5 year growth plan for the UK & European portfolio.
- Track performance with data and adjust strategies as needed.
- Oversee innovation projects and develop new products.
- Identify opportunities to expand the portfolio across all channels.
- Use agile test-and-learn strategies for rapid market launches.
- Integrate key growth initiatives across all functions.
- Represent consumer insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Build and manage relationships with external partners.
- Create high-impact marketing assets and programs.
- Develop and implement best practice toolkits.
- Manage and develop the Marketing team.
About You:
- Proven track record of driving channel and brand growth with impactful results.
- Business-savvy with budget management experience.
- Skilled in ideation, co-creation, and developing propositions based on consumer insights.
- Strong project management and planning abilities.
- Experience in team management, inspiring and developing talent.
- Excellent communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
