Marketing Manager. Hybrid working.

Up to £45,000 Basic + Benefits

We're searching for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our client's successful team based in the South West. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, manage all marketing activities and drive success through innovative campaigns.

You'll be responsible for:

  • B2B Marketing: Manage all communications and campaigns to attract new and existing customers.
  • Content Creation: Craft engaging content for various channels (email, blogs, social media, etc.).
  • Social Media: Develop and manage our social media presence to align with brand objectives.
  • Website Management: Ensure website content is relevant and SEO-optimized.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track website performance and report on marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams to achieve marketing goals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in marketing, preferably as a Marketing Manager or Assistant.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Experience in social media management and campaign coordination.
  • Marketing degree or CIM qualification (a plus).
  • Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively.
