Marketing Manager

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a group of companies whose head office is based in Ellesmere Port.
The business are UK leading suppliers in their field and its due to the successful growth of 2 companies that this new role has been created.

Duties of the Marketing Manager will be very varied to include:

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy for both businesses
• Manage the day to day activities of the marketing team
• Measure and regularly present statistics against goals
• Work closely with the sales teams to create campaigns from idea to follow up reporting
• Produce engaging content for websites, blogs and case studies
• Manage the websites implementing changes where applicable
• Maximise SEO on websites
• Lead the marketing team with social media, website design, exhibitions and other visual materials.
• Making recommendations and putting forward new ideas for any design related marketing
• Design activities associated with client sales proposals and quotations.
• Assist senior management in future sales and marketing activities.

• Occasionally be expected to visit partners in Cheltenham area.
• Occasional travel across the UK to assist in marketing activities (trade shows etc.)

The successful Marketing Manager will have the following skills and attributes:

• Previous experience with a Marketing role
• Ideally a Marketing/Graphic Design Degree
• Experience managing a marketing team
• Experience of website management
• Knowledge and experience with Google Ads and Search Engine Optimisation
• Ability to write and create engaging content
• Proficient in the use of design-based applications
• Be able to communicate and collaborate, accurately, and convincingly at all levels. Ability to think creatively and deliver impressive concepts.
• Ensuring design and marketing material is accurate and proofread.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
