Marketing Manager

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager to join an established global manufacturing business based near Winchester. Our client supply products to a variety of industries and have a large European presence.

Responsibilities:
- Developing company marketing plans and strategies
- Internal marketing to ensure cooperation through the organisation
- Synchronized campaigns with European and rest of the world distributors.
- Managing launch campaigns for new products
- Carry out market, competitor and product research
- Measuring effectiveness and response rates from campaigns
- Manage the marketing department made up of a team of 2 marketing executives
- Overseeing advertising, editorial and PR campaigns
- Update website with new content, e-commerce and more
- Oversee organisation of exhibitions and other events
- Occasional travel to European clients and exhibitions

Experience required:
- Experience leading a marketing team
- Confident implementing strategy
- Marketing or business related degree
- Competent Adobe Create Suite user
- Oracle CRM experience is an advantage
- Adaptable hands-on working approach
- Experience with B2B marketing
- Technical or engineering background

The Role:
- Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
- Located near Winchester (own transport is required due to rural location)
- Negotiable salary depending on experience
- Office based
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Annual bonus scheme
