Marketing Manager

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £35-45,000, pension, health, 30 days holiday plus stats

Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team.

To thrive in the role, you will need to have solid experience of the core areas of marketing, including digital marketing, web-based content, offline and online media marketing, social media marketing, and direct marketing.

Knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications required in the role:

  • Developing marketing strategies, campaigns and content.
  • Experience of working cross functionally and partnering 3rd party agencies.
  • Strong experience with CRMs – HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
  • Change management experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities and accountabilities in the role:

  • Lead all marketing and communications activity including integrated, demand generation campaigns for prospects and clients.
  • Establish a strategic vision, aligned with business objectives and successfully manage the implementation and delivery of the marketing plan.
  • Leverage and brief internal teams and external agencies to define and shape holistic brand and marketing strategies across the business.
  • Create content marketing initiatives to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Develop a competitive digital marketing strategy to ensure the development and growth of brand.
  • Manage the day to day spend and tracking of marketing budgets and measure the ROI of the marketing, brand and PR strategy.
  • Conduct annual reviews and updates of the vision and strategy in alignment with the overall business strategy.
