- A real chance to make an impact in a business where marketing and sales are integrated to drive growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across multiple industries and sectors.
- Delivering campaign-driven marketing across social media, email, offline materials and events.
- Leading brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring high-quality, on-brand messaging.
- Driving leads into the sales team through integrated campaigns and marketing/sales collaboration.
- Project managing the delivery of brochures, catalogues, website content, trade shows and more.
- Managing agency relationships (SEO/PPC/web), content, and analysing ROI on campaigns.
- Taking ownership of the company’s ERP marketing module and optimising its use.
Requirements You’ll thrive here if you:
- Are a confident B2B marketeer used to working in fast-paced, commercial environments.
- Have a strategic mindset but aren’t afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
- Understand the full marketing mix and have hands-on experience with digital tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, and social platforms.
- Are comfortable mentoring junior staff and managing multiple workstreams to deadline.
- Know how to get the best out of agency partners while keeping projects on time and on budget.
What you’ll bring:
- Solid B2B marketing experience with proven success in a commercial role.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to generate and nurture leads.
- An upbeat, proactive approach - you’re a team player who thrives on ownership and results.
