Marketing - Presentations

Key Responsbilities

• Working closely with Product Marketing, Data and Legal teams to capture and prepare changes and or new materials.
• Ensure changes are implemented consistently and accurately across a breadth of materials.
• Communicate, create mockups and update notes to guide our offshore support teams, on how to implement and then update the material.
• Fulfills orders for presentations & pitch materials
• Bespoke in layout and content often with tight deadlines.
• Edits and updates new data and content in presentation materials by gathering data from various industry-related online sources, proprietary systems and/or subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Reviews materials for accuracy. Escalates inaccuracies to the appropriate department.
• Coordinates the proofreading of materials by another team member, or proofreads another team member’s materials, to comply with branding guidelines, legal/compliance and quality assurance standards set by the department manager.
• Proactively liaises with other teams and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate collation and completion of material.
• Leads and participates cross group projects and becomes a subject matter expert for the team where appropriate.
• Industrialize and make fit for purpose raw data excels and charts for mass market consumption
• Formatting data, creating multilingual charts, and potentially suggesting better design layouts for published content to be easily produced in multiple languages.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Data Results or the supporting Investment functions to translate raw data, charts and research into practical and easy to use content.

Required Experience

• At least 2-3 years of industry experience.
• Excellent knowledge & skills of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel in production environment.
• Must have relevant project management skills.
• Main Applications: Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Salesforce, Workfront, Coric, Tableau & Seismic.
