Overview:

Sitting within the Beauty and Brand Partnerships team in the Loyalty Proposition Team, you’ll be responsible for nurturing customer relationships through developing, executing and evolving targeted marketing communications with our internal brand partner No7.

You’ll develop market leading CRM strategies aligned to brand and Loyalty objectives; delivering personalised beauty-led content, inspiring our customers.Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will work cross functionally with internal and external teams, including wider marketing, trading teams and brand managers to deliver the best customer communications for No7 Beauty Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multi-channel Loyalty campaigns that support Boots and No7 objectives Responsible for copy and creative direction.
  • Work closely with the data team to ensure effective targeting and continuous improvements in the use of our data.
  • Develop CRM strategies to retain existing, win back lapsed and acquire new customers. Championing the customer journey and life time value.
  • Drive KPI performance including channel engagement and incremental sales.
  • Scope and develop new CRM capabilities for the No7 brand.

What you'll need to have:

  • A creative individual with a customer-first mind set.
  • Working in marketing and preferably 121 and/or digital environment with experience in Email and Direct Mail and familiar with emerging CRM technologies.
  • Multi-channel CRM experience
  • Passionate about Boots and our customers and keen interest in beauty and skincare.
  • Proactive in finding solutions not problems.
  • Organise own workload, often balancing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Initiative to identify opportunities
