Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Marketing Strategy Manager to join their team in Uxbridge on a full time, 6-month temporary basis (35 hours per week - hybrid working).

As a Marketing Strategy Manager, it will be a chance to be at the forefront of an innovative launch that will make a lasting difference to patients' lives. You'll be embedded within a high-performing, cross-functional brand team, working across medical, access and commercial functions to bring a unified strategy to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the development and delivery of integrated brand and customer strategies across the HCP and patient journey
  • Translate insights into action by harnessing analytics, market research and customer data to shape tailored omnichannel campaigns
  • Drive content planning and delivery across digital and in-person touchpoints
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure fast, high-quality execution of initiatives aligned with strategic imperatives


Requirements

  • A marketing professional with significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry ideally within a launch environment
  • A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset
  • Skilled at building collaborative relationships and leading projects through influence and expertise
  • Analytical and agile, you'll know how to leverage insights and adapt quickly to drive performance
