Job Summary:
Here at Vanta Staffing we are looking for a Labourer/Marquee Erector to work for one of our prestigious clients based in Surrey. The ideal candidate will love working outdoors and have a practical mindset. You will be working with, and learning from, some of the most skilled and experienced marquee erectors in the industry. Their work varies from prestigious sporting events to distinguished private functions and weddings. Your job satisfaction comes from turning up in an empty field to leaving with a superb structure in place, ready to hand over to clients as their stage set for their event.

Responsibilities:

- Being a key member of the team erecting and dismantling of marquees on site at various
locations in the North of England and around the UK
- Loading and unloading of vehicles with marquee and associated equipment, furniture, heating, lighting and electrics
- Being a team member finishing off of the marquees with linings, setting up of furniture and lighting
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:

- No previous experience is necessary, simply enjoy the outdoors and be able to follow instructions
- A good team player with a “can do” attitude
- Being able to work within health & safety guide lines to ensure a safe working environment of yourself and your colleagues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour - £13.50 Depending on experience
