Our Client is looking for a Master Technician to join their team in the Southampton area. As a Master Technician, you will be skilfully and accurately be carrying out the repairs on a variety of vehicles and liaising with the workshop.

Master Technician - Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing & Rectifying complex mechanical & electrical faults to a high standard
  • Leading and working closely with the Service Department
  • Continue to enhance your knowledge & skills to keep up with Industry changes
  • Interacting with customers in a professional manner to clearly communicate repairs needed
  • Offer guidance to Junior/Apprentice Technicians
  • Ensure all repairs throughout the Workshop are carried out to a high standard & meet or exceed Manufacturer expectations

Master Technician - Basic Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • MOT Testing Certificate (Preferred)
  • Extensive experience in vehicle Diagnostics & Repair
  • Excellent Communication & Customer service skills
  • Strong Leadership skills
