Master Technician
An opportunity has become available with our client, a dealer group in Western Australia, who are seeking a MasterTechnician from the United Kingdom to join their team. Our client prides itself on being a great place to work and offering a good work life balance.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be involved in complex diagnostics and repairs, driving quality and first-time fix. Additionally, your focus will be on providing guidance and coaching to the other technicians in the workshop.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Master Technician from a volume brand, ideally Nissan, Toyota, Hyundai or Ford, with exceptional technical skills to effectively diagnose and undertake repairs efficiently by using diagnostic equipment. Your ability to coach and guide the technicians in the workshop to enhance the skill level and increase customer service is paramount.
The Package
A competitive basic salary starting from £48,000 per annum, plus bonus.
5 day working week (with overtime available)
Housing provided for the first 6 months
