We have a fantastic opportunity for a Material Replenishment Coordinator to join theteam, based at our new site in Andover Business Park on a 12 month fixed term contract.

As a Material Replenishment Coordinator, you will support the manufacture of our 260 curved railby ensuring that productivity is at its most efficient with regards to part availability.

You will be responsible for transporting parts and the housekeeping of empty kanban bins, ensuring they are sorted and delivered to the correct location.

You will be able to demonstrate that you can work in a proactive way, with good teamwork and engage in identifying problems and offering a proactive approach to solutions.

Ideally you will have worked in a modern manufacturing environment and worked to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport parts to customers within the required timescales
  • Housekeeping of empty kanban stillages/bins/racks returned by Pick and Pack/NSI, ensuring they are sorted and delivered to the correct location
  • Ensure parts are delivered to the correct location in readiness for dispatch
  • Demonstrate an immediate response time to stock out issues
  • Take part in the annual stock take
  • Be pro-active in the continuous improvement of the material control process and the working environment.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

  • Forklift License including a C1 sideloader
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Computer literate Excel, Word, Teams
  • Good standard of basic education
