The Role:

+ To lead and develop the Materials and Packaging side of the Planning Team to deliver the forecasted business plan and KPIs.
+ To lead the continuous development of the Health & Safety and Environmental culture in the planning department.
+ Training and development of the team to ensure optimum effectiveness and efficiency.
+ To manage relationships with suppliers and work in a timely manner with technical teams on any non-conformances raised.
+ To provide an efficient and cost-effective plan to all areas of the business relating to materials and packaging.
+ Pro-actively manage and prioritise the daily workload of the Planners.

Your Salary & Working Setup:

+ c.42,000 to £48,000 depending on experience
