Role Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Maths Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Cardiff. This position is for a Key Stage 4 (KS4) Maths Teacher and will commence in September, running through to January.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Maths lessons to KS4 students.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Manage extremely challenging behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and conducive learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Maths at the KS4 level.
• Demonstrated ability to manage extremely challenging behaviour.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and helping students achieve their potential.
