Role and Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons with the support of an excellent department.
• Support students in developing their problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and respected.
• Utilise diverse teaching methods and resources to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to support student growth.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive school culture.

Requirements:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Maths or a PGCE in Secondary Education (Maths).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning and teaching.
