Maths Teacher (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our team for a full-time maternity cover position starting in September. This role is ideal for an experienced educator who is committed to student success and professional development.

Day to day of the role:
  • Deliver engaging and high-quality Maths lessons to students of various abilities.
  • Plan, prepare and assess lessons and materials, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards.
  • Monitor and support the progress of individual students, providing feedback and additional support as needed.
  • Contribute to the school’s ethos of courtesy, consideration, cooperation, and contribution.
  • Participate in the school’s continuous professional development programs to enhance teaching practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A belief in the potential of every child and a commitment to ensuring that every student matters.
  • A proven track record of success in the classroom.
  • The capacity to raise attainment through motivating and inspiring students and staff.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
