About the Role:

Dunbar Education is recruiting Maths Teachers to join our team and inspire students in secondary schools across Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to foster a love for mathematics in a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons that cater to students of varying abilities.
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom conducive to effective learning.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
