VNA Education are seeking a hard-working teaching assistant with a specialism in maths to work in an Outstanding Ofsted rated school based in tower hamlets. If you are looking for this next step in your career development this is an incredible opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a challenging and stimulating classroom environment to motivate pupils.
  • Be aware of the learning needs of your students, ensuring each one has every opportunity to fulfil their potential.
  • Possess the passion to help teach and make a difference.
  • Contribute to the Maths department, providing vision, direction, and support to colleagues.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons, inspiring and engaging students.
  • Monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support to ensure academic success.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members.
  • A passion for maths and a commitment to providing an outstanding learning experience for students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
