Role Overview:

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Holborn, London

Contract: Full Time and Permanent


Role Summary:

We are looking to recruit an experienced MDT Administrator to join our Clinic team, based in Holborn, London. The MDT Administrator is an essential team member ensuring that there is a smooth process between consultations and patients being prescribed medication, making sure that regulatory and compliance requirements are adhered to.


Role Duties

  • Alerting line manager for consultant’s annual leave requests, last-minute schedule changes, and changes to attendance of MDTs
  • Taking minutes for meetings
  • Assisting with the needs of Practice Manager/(PM)Assistant PM
  • Ensuring MDT management/Zendesk is always up to date
  • Liaising with Consultants as required


Qualification/Experience for Role:

  • A good command of written and spoken English – GSCE (or equivalent) standard preferred
  • Previous experience as an MDT Administrator preferred
  • Extensive experience with minutes/note-taking, or equivalent, preferred
  • Experience within a customer-facing role preferred
  • Previous experience within healthcare preferred

Our Client

A private clinic, with linked pharmacy, which specialises in assisting patients who may not have found satisfactory results for their conditions via their existing medications. They work with consultants specialising within pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer, so their patients can receive their prescribed medication directly to their door, via next-day delivery service. Their prescribed medicines are produced and manufactured according to the pharmaceutical-grade EU-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice.)
