Do you have an engineering qualification alongside experience using CAD software and want to join a leading Renewable Energy business involved with highly complex and technically engaging projects where you can advance your career by gaining specialist and valuable training?

This company specialises in the production of Renewable Fuels and Sustainable Chemicals at a number of sites across the UK. They have been steadily growing over recent years, coupled with their growth into new markets such as Wind and Solar as well as new regions such as North America, and they are looking to continue expanding their engineering team with the addition of a new CAD Engineer.

In this role you will play an integral part in the company's Design division at their core research centre in Scotland, producing mechanical designs and site layouts with a key focus being towards process equipment, pipework and P&IDs.

The ideal candidate will be qualified in a relevant Engineering discipline and will possess at least 1 years' experience using 3D CAD software such as AutoCAD. While not essential, education to HND or Degree level specifically within a Mechanical Engineering discipline will be highly advantageous.

The role:
* Producing mechanical designs/drawings & site layouts relating to process equipment, pipework etc
* Utilising P&IDs to ensure designs produce desired economic results & meet usability requirements
* Supporting with transition to company-wide standardised mechanical packages
* Inputting into validation & commissioning activities along with project engineering team

The person:
* Qualified in relevant Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering
* 1+ years' post-qualification experience using 3D CAD software such as AutoCAD
* Experience producing P&IDs (advantageous)
* Full UK driving license
