Mechanical Craftsperson

£47,500 - £49,500

4 on 4 off days and nights (12 hour shifts)

Kitt's Green, Birmingham

My client based in Birmingham, is a large manufacturing organisation who are rapidly growing due to ongoing success. This is a shift based role, working 4 on 4 off days and nights (12 hour shifts). Duties include performing both predicative and preventative maintenance activities to minimise plant downtime, increase machine reliability and maximise efficiency of production.

Requirements for the Mechanical Craftsperson:

  • Must be apprentice trained or have an NVQ Level in Engineering. If qualified outside of the UK, your qualifications must be NARIC approved.
  • Heavy industrial engineering background
  • Experience in driving mobile equipment such as E.O.T.C and F.L.T
  • Must live within commutable distance to Kitt's Green, Birmingham
