Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer or similar who is proficient in Autodesk Inventor / Vault looking for a dynamic and varied role working on specialist projects within a well-established Manufacturing company looking to continually develop their market share in a bespoke area within a role offering a bonus and opportunities for ongoing progression?

This company are a well-established Manufacturer of bespoke equipment for a broad client base including global leading names within the Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical industries. They have seen rapid growth in recent years to the point they have a full order book for the next 5 years and are looking to expand their team to further this and compete with some of the largest names in the sector.

In this varied role you will be responsible for creating designs and equipment layouts for manufacturing projects, using primarily Autodesk Inventor / Vault. You will update and modify existing products and play a key role in enclosure, layout and conveyor design as you work within a tight-knit engineering team in addition to supporting other departments and senior leadership through the entire project lifecycle.

This varied role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer or similar who has experience with Autodesk Inventor / Vault or similar software looking for a specialist role producing bespoke designs within a well-established yet growing manufacturing company.

The Role:
* Create designs for mechanical control systems
* Layout, enclosure and conveyor design
* Generate manufacturing drawings and help transfer from AutoCAD to bespoke software
* Work with other designers, senior leadership and engineering teams
* Update and modify existing designs

The Person:
* Mechanical Design Engineer or similar
* Proficient in Autodesk Inventor / Vault
* Commutable to Basildon
