Mechanical Design Engineer | Solidworks | Motorsport | Eynsham | £45,000 - £50,000pa:
 
A leading manufacturer based in the West Oxfordshire area is looking to recruit a Mechanical Design Engineer, Design Engineer, CAD Designer or similar to work in a new role designing technically advanced components for a highly regulated industry sector. This is an incredibly varied Mechanical Design Engineer and will suit someone who is interested in working across a variety of industries, including motorsport, F1, automotive, aerospace and defence, designing mechanical components.
 
The Mechanical Design Engineer would fit anyone with the following:
  • A Mechanical Design Engineer, Design Engineer, CAD Designer or similar working for a product manufacturing business.
  • Ideally a degree educated engineer with experience in CAD design – Solidworks preferred. 
  • High level of technical understanding will be required, working on highly advanced components for a range of regulated sectors (Motorsport, Automotive, Defence, Aerospace).
  • Ideally experience working with CAD – Solidworks, and CATIA.
  • Degree educated engineer or other official engineering qualifications (BEng, MEng)
  • Leading projects, responsible for the design and development of new manufacturing equipment & products.  You will need strong communication skills and the ability to work well within multiple teams / business functions.
