Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
Seeking an experienced and qualified Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to join a Chartered Building Services company. Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, annual salary £35,000 - £45,000.
Previous experience in a similar M&E engineering role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality maintenance services.
Duties:
- Work between multiple sites and adapt to changing priorities
- Designing and developing M&E services for the Education, Medical, Public, and Commercial industries
- Use AutoCAD and AmtechProDesign software
- To deliver electrical/mechanical planned and reactive maintenance works
- Ability to read technical drawings and diagnose technical faults
- Perform maintenance and engineering tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of all M&E systems
- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure compliance

Desirable traits:
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
- Must hold a recognised electrical, mechanical or relevant trade qualification
- Must have extensive experience of building services
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident, with the ability to work on own initiative
