Location: Milton Keynes, MK9 3GE

Salary: £18.50 per hour (With review after first 6 months)

Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break)

The Role

The company are seeking a highly organised and professional Contract Support Administration to join their client’s team.

As the first point of contact for the company, you will play a crucial role in the clients’ mechanical engineer industry. The client is a family-ownedconstructionandproperty maintenance business proudly serving the heart of Central London for over 17 years.

This role is for a site-based engineer for a residential estate of about 340 apartments.

You will be responsible to complete landlord planned maintenance (Weekly and monthly tasks) and apartments internal maintenance covering specific assets.

Skills and Qualifications

The role is site-based working along with the client on various works and full support of various trades will be provided as needed.

The ideal candidate to have a mechanical bias background.
