Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting a leading consultancy in Bristol in the recruitment of a Mechanical Estimator to join their team.

Your New Role

You will conduct accurate mechanical estimates for a range of projects within the portfolio, provide information and prepare and compilation of proposal submissions including solution and option appraisal of new methods of project delivery to identify valid and viable commercial delivery options.

You will assist in the production of correspondence and documentation, attend site visits as required across the UK as part of the bid process, attend divisional bid meetings as well as providing meaningful reports and proactive data and information.

What You'll Need To Succeed

You will have previous estimating experience ideally within a building services contractor, exposure to a range of different projects including data centre projects as well as excellent management experience.

What You'll Get In Return

This role is being offered with a salary between £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + car allowance with good benefits on a permanent contract.
