• Estimate mechanical packages for projects up to £10 million.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates.
• Lead client negotiations and maintain strong relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
• Contribute to bid submissions and tender processes.
