7:45am – 16:00pm Monday to Thursday, 7:45am – 3:15pm Friday

Mechanical Fitter
Job Description
  • Identify mechanical faults, using knowledge, manuals and test procedures
  • Dismantle, recondition and repair on a vide variety of mechanical products
  • Assemble new products as per engineering drawings
  • Operating/using a variety of hand, and power tools and other workshop based machinery
  • Follow all company and legislative polices and procedures.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Time served experience or practical academic qualification/certificate in a similar role/field
  • The ability to read mechanical drawings and workflow sheets
  • A positive attitude to work and learning
  • Comfortable supporting all workshop functions.
