Mechanical Fitter

Are you a Mechanical Fitter looking for a new challenge ? Then this might just be for you!

Based onsite at Glensanda, the largest granite quarry in Europe we now have an opportunity for a Mechanical Fitter to join our existing large team of engineers.

With the support of the engineering function onsite, you'll be an integral part of the team attending reactive and planned maintenance tasks to help keep our site operational.

Role: Mechanical Fitter

Rate: £17/Hr

Covering Monday-Friday days;

Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm

Location: Glensanda

Glensanda is only accessible via ferry from Benderloch, so you could either do a daily trip or stop onsite in free en-suite accommodation.

Who you are

You'll have experience working as a Mechanical Fitter in either an industrial manufacturing or as a Fitter for material's handling equipment.

You'll be a qualified engineer through either an apprenticeship or an externally sourced Level 2 Mechanical qualification.

You'll be flexible to cover weekend work as overtime where required.
