Our client is a leading service provider with a vast portfolio of high profile contracts across the UK. This role is working within a corporate space in the City of London.

Your new role
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, responsible for the delivery of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance and project tasks allocated to self, ensuring all work is completed in accordance to agreed methods, risk assessments, SLAs and customer service standards. you will be expected to carry out PPM's but also
Reactive maintenance, diagnosis and repair faults on mechanical building services L8, AHU maintenance, pumps, motors, heating system fault-finding and awareness (heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work).
What you'll need to succeed

  • Comfortable carrying out duties independently and unsupervised
  • Well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client-facing role
  • Maintenance experience
  • Trade trained with at least 3 years experience in building services
  • City & Guilds level 3 qualified or equivalent
  • Experience of a CAFM system
