Elevation have the pleasure of working with an industry leading manufacturing company based in the Rotherham area, who are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with immediate effect!
Salary: £48,000
Location: Rotherham
Hours: 3 shifts rotating Monday to Friday- flexibility on shift pattern changing in the next few months

Duties of an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
- General maintenance and installation of machinery and equipment
- Attending to breakdowns
- Actively working on a continual improvement project to ensure yourself and the company are the best it can be!
- Help to develop and complete PPM’s regularly
- Liase with other departments regarding breakdowns and changes
- Working within a team environment
Desired experience of an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
- You must have at least Level 3 or above in Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds or NVQ based)
- Must be apprentice trained
- Ideally have basic electrical knowledge also with testing for dead, and resetting panels
- Must be happy working shifts and flexible as may change to a panama shift pattern
- Have experience of Fault finding within previous roles
- Ideally have manufacturing experience from and engineering perspective
