A leading construction company specialising in high-end residential projects is seeking a site based Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a prestigious new build in Mayfair.

The Role of The Mechanical Project Manager:

The successful Mechanical Project Manager will join a dynamic team on a £40 million new build project. Responsibilities include overseeing both the site install teams and site management teams, liaising effectively with in-house design and commercial teams, procuring materials, and managing day-to-day client interactions.

Mechanical Project Manager Requirements:

  • Requires a mechanical background with in-depth knowledge of air conditioning (A/C), ventilation, and plumbing.
  • Must be a versatile professional with experience in design, M&E, shell & core, and fit-out.
  • Needs to have proven experience in managing high-end residential projects.
  • Should excel in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Must be adept at understanding and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Should demonstrate the ability to manage site operations and coordinate among different teams.
