Mechanical Engineer - Weekends

Salary: £35,000 - £39,000

Shift: Fri - Mon Days!

Location: Cwmbran, Monmouthshire

I am recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to join an FMCG manufacturer, responsible for maintenance, fault finding, and repair of industrial machinery to ensure smooth production. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and working on improvements to enhance efficiency. You will need an industrial/ Manufacturing background, experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Skills required for the Mechanical Engineer:

  • Have an engineering qualification.
  • Strong Mechanical Skills
  • Electrical bias.
  • Industrial/Manufacturing Background
  • Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment.
