Reed are working with a FE College to recruit a Media Lecturer

Location: Hampshire (Prestigious College)

Position Type: Part-time available 22.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

Design Digital Media Campaigns: You’ll create and manage digital media campaigns aligned with the college’s goals.

Content Creation: Coordinate the creation of digital content, including websites, blogs, press releases, and podcasts.

Web Presence: Establish and maintain the college’s web presence to boost brand awareness.

Social Media Management: Maintain a strong online company voice through social media platforms.

Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency.

Direct Marketing: Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.

Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor ROI (Return on Investment) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Qualifications and Skills:

Recognised Teaching Qualification

Experience: Proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager.

Software Proficiency: Solid knowledge of media editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity).

Visual Communication: Familiarity with visual communication principles.

Web Design: Basic familiarity with web design and content management systems.

Project Management: Excellent analytical and project management skills.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
