Up to £55,000 + bonuses

A great opportunity to join a leading FMCG organisation as a Media Performance Analyst

THE COMPANY

The business is a leading player in the FMCG space, and they own various brands particularly in the food and drinks space. And over the past year, they've undergone a massive data transformation and restructure within the business now leading to the introduction of new teams within the business.

One of those teams is the Media Measurement team, of which they are now looking to hire a Media Performance Analyst to help their lead their test and learn measurement agenda.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading the test and learn measurement agenda, looking at media mix and putting together KPI frameworks and reporting solutions
  • Understanding how media works across the funnel, including being hands-on and building out dashboard, reports and more
  • Setting up and developing testing frameworks
  • Measuring and optimising campaigns
  • Delivering performance analysis across media channels
  • Perform analysis of business and media data to inform future planning activity, identify trends and opportunities

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven track record working in the digital media space
  • Solid understanding of how to measure media performance via test and learn, attribution, brand lift studies etc.
  • Expertise setting up measurement frameworks
  • Experience in SQL and Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
