As a Solicitor in the Medical Negligence team, based in Newcastle, you will be at the forefront of helping clients receive the answers and compensation they deserve. You’ll be joining a team with extensive experience in clinical negligence claims, including obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, and psychiatric care. Your work will directly impact lives, offering a sense of fulfilment that few roles can provide.

Job Title - Medical Negligence Solicitor - 0-5 Years PQE

Location - Newcastle - Hybrid working available

Salary - Competitive DOE

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you’ll provide quality legal advice to clients, manage your own caseload, and assist Partners and senior team members on high-value cases.
  • You’ll aim to secure interim payments to facilitate rehabilitation, care packages, and suitable accommodation for clients before claims are concluded.
  • Your dedication will contribute to improving the quality of life for those you represent.
