Job Description

We're recruiting for aMember Communications and Campaign Executive to join us. You will support the Senior Responsible Investment Member Communications Manager in the delivery of the Retail Responsible Investment strategy and activity roadmap, including creation and execution of long and short-form editorial copy for retail customers on Responsible Investment (RI). Develop and deliver communication materials and campaigns that support members and schemes through the end-to-end member lifecycle, with a focus on the benefits of our responsible investing approach. . Driving the best member outcomes and meeting commercial needs of the Workplace business and wider Retail division. What you'll be doing:
  • Taking a brief and producing on-brand copy and campaign assets to a high standard, while meeting deadlines, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with requirements
  • Working with agencies and third-party suppliers to deliver materials and ensure that they are delivering to brief and budget, escalating as appropriate to ensure timely and costly execution of campaign assets
  • Contributing to the analysis and reporting of the effectiveness of the communications and campaigns to understand effectiveness and support the design and planning of future projects
  • Building effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally by working collaboratively, to leverage expertise and understand requirements
  • Proactively taking part in the creation of ideas for powerful new RI content that can form the basis of updates for customers, to support in the business and strategic goals of the team and wider division
  • Providing support to the broader Marketing team on RI content, such as producing client comms, advertising creative, digital content management, events copy, award submissions and comment for the news media, to ensure goals are met within required timelines
  • Working within our appropriate risk and compliance framework to ensure communications and campaign activity adheres to Group risk framework
  • Ensuring member communications and client campaigns are created and delivered with the customer at the heart, and aligned to L&G's Customer Experience and Treating Customers Fairly Policy, in addition to relevant industry guidelines and regulations
Qualifications

Who we're looking for:
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Able to communicate and influence key stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines - Good organisational skills
  • Experience of working with creative agencies and providing appropriate briefing, management and creative evaluation in place
  • IT skills - excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in editing and proof-reading text, and in creating compelling marketing collateral and presentations.
  • Experience of leveraging social media to promote content.
  • Investment knowledge (desirable)
  • A strong interest in Responsible Investing
