Membership consultant

Membership Consultant - Temporary Position 3 days a week £12.50- £13.00 per hour

Are you a proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Membership Consultant to join our client's team.

Our client, a leading organisation in the leisure industry, is seeking a motivated individual to focus on sales and retention. As a Membership Consultant, you will play a vital role in contacting customers on waiting lists.

Key Duties:
* Contact customers on waiting lists and ensure prompt payment.
* Reach out to customers who have left the scheme and encourage them to re-book or resolve any issues.
* Conduct outreach and lead generation activities generate new leads.

Requirements:
* Temporary role (3 days a week)
* Good time management skills
* Self-motivated
* Proven sales and customer service experience is an advantage.
