Location: Delamere Forest (own transport required)

Hourly rate: £12.00 per hour guaranteed weekly pay, Real living wage

Hours: 21 - 35 hours per week (minimum 3 shifts week, Saturday & Sunday, plus one weekday)

Role Duration: July - End of September

Full extensive training given, excellent support!

Forestry England care and manage for over 1500 of our nations forests.

We offer people the opportunity to explore and enjoy the forests with our national membership.

Delamere Forest, is a place to let off steam, escape the crowds and find peace in the heart of the forest. You’ll find easy-going trails for all abilities, a hike to admire the view across to Liverpool’s famous skyline, orienteering courses for all abilities or a bit of peace and quiet to watch the wildlife by the lake. We are looking for people to join us on site as a membership recruiter.

The main purpose of your role will be to engage with our visitors and explain the many benefits of becoming a member and to sign them up to an annual membership.

For this role you will have excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to present information and complete membership applications. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Working hours are flexible but you must be available for a minimum of 21 hours per week (35 hours available) and for regular weekend working.

It is important you have your own transport for travel to Delamere Forest and are comfortable working outdoors.
