We are currently recruiting for a Menswear Tailoring & Suit Specialist to join a prestigious retail company at their flagship store who in the past have made shirts for the likes of Royalty including HRH Prince of Wales and Earl Mountbatten. You will join this luxury brand to deliver outstanding customer service, to help drive the goal of innovation, quality, and ambition for growth.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• You will be part of a thriving team - leading and driving sales within the suiting department to achieve targets and KPI’s.
• You will support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute towards the stores KPI result
• You will provide exceptional customer service and develop a loyal and valued customer base.
• You will maximise sales by advising customers and achieving lifestyle and outfit dressing.
• You will represent and promote our brand well, and lead by example.

Skills and experience required:

• Reporting to the Store Manager you will have a minimum 2-year senior experience in menswear premium retail.
• You will have a passion for formal wear and suiting, knowledge of fabrics and tailoring details.
• Experience in made-to-measure tailoring is a plus.
• Strong interest in fashion and client interactions.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
