Our client, a leading construction company specialising in Data Centre projects, is currently seeking an experienced MEP Lead to join their team in Finland. Our client is an engineering-focused organisation delivering cutting-edge, turnkey data centre solutions throughout Europe.

• Lead a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers
• Propose suitable changes to design to improve cost efficiency, ease construction programme, and enhance specification and quality completion
• Display commercial astuteness
• Monitor construction quality regarding workmanship and materials
• Coordinate and liaise with contracts manager, site engineers and other discipline leads to ensure timely and accurate information distribution
• Ensure understanding of drawings and specifications, and formally communicate any errors or omissions to the design team
• Establish project resource requirements and lead and motivate the project team
• Oversee the highest quality of health and safety standards

• Bachelors' degree in Engineering or a relevant field
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes
• Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing projects
• Proven ability in effectively leading MEP teams
• Experience in delivering Data Centre MEP projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
