• Developing and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction

• Analysing sales data and market trends to make informed merchandising decisions
• Managing inventory levels to optimise product availability and turnover
• Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of merchandise

• Proven experience in a merchandising role, preferably within the retail industry
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software
