About Our Client:

Our client, a leading technology organisation, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Merchandising & Growth Marketing Manager to join their UK Grocery & Retail team. This team is responsible for driving the performance of Grocery & Retail accounts, ensuring a seamless delivery experience for customers. With a focus on growth and customer satisfaction, our client's team works closely with local and global teams to expand their user base and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

As a Merchandising & Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving top-line growth through experimentation and optimisation of customer-facing assets. Your responsibilities will include:

Growth Marketing:

Developing and executing the strategy for Grocery & Retail messaging, promos, campaigns, and product selection across owned channels

Prioritising and executing growth experiments to identify and optimise growth levers

Analysing the performance of campaigns and experiments, and making data-driven decisions to drive growth

Merchandising Activations:

Managing item-led initiatives, including storefront collection curation and monthly performance reporting

Project managing merchandising strategy for seasonal moments, collaborating with key stakeholders

Being the voice of UK Grocery & Retail, sharing insights with local and global marketing teams and advocating for the team's priorities

Voice of UK Grocery & Retail:

Managing the local launch of critical new merchandising product features, with a focus on impact measurement

Driving Grocery & Retail share of voice within the app and optimising customer conversion

Advocating for merchandising agenda with global product teams and communicating new launches to the UK team
