Role Overview:
A part of the Merchandising team, you'll set up and keep our systems running smoothly to ensure everything's on track.
- Managing intake process from PO to warehouse, coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders.
- Evaluates shipment schedules, facilitates bookings, and presents the Shipment Schedule bi-weekly at Cash Flow OTB meetings.
- Supports PO creation, ensuring accuracy in volumes, quantities, CBM, and cost prices while maintaining accurate records.
- Communicates weekly intake, resolves delivery issues, manages backorders, and ensures website SKUs are enabled.
- Builds strong relationships with suppliers, warehousing, and shipping partners, and supports the team during peak periods.
What We're Looking For:
- Ideally, you will have a degree and at least 1 year of retail experience
- Must be comfortable working with numbers and have intermediate Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- A confident communicator.
- A candidate with Strong attention to detail.
