The hours you will work be Working

  • 2 x Shift
  • 06.00am till 14.30pm
  • 14.30pm till 23.00pm

The pay you will receive.

  • £13.73 per hour

  • MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Ferryhill area.

The Job You’ll Do;

  • Working with various metals with various thicknesses.
  • Using of various machinery i.e. Punch Tools, Mitre Saw, Copy Router, Pillar Drills.
  • Working with various hand tools, including a range of grinders and sanding tools.
  • Carrying out general metal working duties.
  • Marking out and measuring sections for cutting, shaping and drilling.
  • Drilling and tapping holes to meet job specifications.
  • Reading and understanding engineering drawings.
  • Assisting with goods in deliveries.
  • Quality inspecting own work during process.

About you.

  • NVQ level 3, apprenticeship or equivalent qualification required.
  • Focused on quality and able to produce products to a high standard.
  • Working either independently or within a team.
  • Achieve team objectives.
  • Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.
  • Physically fit as some products are heavy.
