Meter Technician

Our client is seeking a self-motivated and reliable employee to undertake the role of a Meter Technician. The role will require you to represent their company, allow you to manage your workload and engage with customers whilst completing the task.

Pay: £14.27 per hour

Location: Fakenham (need to be within a 30min driving radius)

Hours: 37h a week, flexible between 6am and 8pm (includes some Saturdays)

Duration: Start asap for 12 weeks on an inital basis

Responsibilities:

• Obtain accurate readings from water meters    
• Carry out meter exchanges – (Full training will be provided)    
• Collect meter data    
• Provide excellent customer service

Skills:

• Professional Image and manor (will be provided with uniform and van)
• Driver
• The role can be physically demanding as you will walk in the region of 3 to 8 miles per day
• Basic IT skills, will be using a handheld computer
• Experience in retail or hospitality will suffice if happy to be on your feet for the role
