Salary:£54,793 – £60,326 dependent on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be designing and implementing a comprehensive metrics framework that aligns to the Maintenance & Continuing Airworthiness (M&CA) and Spares & Repairs (S&R) goals and objectives and is aligned to the future Services defined and associated operating model
  • Defining KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and supporting measures that enable the support operations teams to identify issues and deliverables performance within agreed and documented parameters
  • The role will require for you to undertake analysis, collation and verification of data, including formatting and prepare key issue presentation material for Senior Management Reviews accurately and within the specified timescales
  • A requirement will be to ensure that as part of the Common Support Metrics (CSM) definition and implementation planning that all key stakeholders within the respective teams have been appropriately engaged and have appropriate buy in and sign off of the requirements and expected outcomes post development by the CSM delivery team
  • Ensuring that the solutions developed align and adhere to any S&S Functional compliance requirements aligned to the ABCM and PPPC activities that are being implemented as part of the S&S Transformation programme.
  • You will be setting and governing the integrated Common Support Metrics (CSM) suite for providing an overarching integrated view of the discipline Common Support Metrics (CSM) for how we will deliver Support in the future, providing assurance of how the Common Support Metrics (CSM) are governed through the LCM process

Your skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience working in a Maintenance function, supporting logistics, supply chain and other similar areas is essential for this role
  • Good knowledge of the Air Industry is highly desirable
  • Previous experience definition and identification of metrics, facilitating SLAs and KPIs
  • Proven stakeholder management experience and skills
  • Broad knowledge and experience of Project Management governance and assurance, with a relevant qualification such as APM or Prince2

The Service Management (SM) Team

The scope of this role covers the entire end to end Common Support Metrics (CSM) integration of all value streams for the Service Management activities, across all programmes and lines of business.This will include driving the Air Support strategy through developing an integrated suite of Common Support Metrics (CSM) capabilities by an integrated cross functional team.
